All intellectual property, stories, recordings, insights, and content you provide to us remain exclusively yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal or business intellectual property. Digital assets created from your content are built in accounts you own and control, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
The Preserve Your Wisdom™ brand, website design, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes are owned by Tech37 Org and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
Fees for services will be disclosed prior to engagement and outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
We treat all client information, stories, recordings, and intellectual property with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services through trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated content, voice clones, and digital assets are provided as tools and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech37 Org and Preserve Your Wisdom™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech37 Org, Preserve Your Wisdom™, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP ownership, confidentiality, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tech37 Org is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
